How does Streampal work?
Customized music streams are more than just background music. They become part of the ambience and your brand. New playlists every day, monthly music editing, the streams are password-protected and delivered in top quality via the Internet. The music is also adapted to the different phases of the day. For premium streams, we create the music for the streams according to the customer's wishes, individually with optimal rotation and in the best quality. Specials (happy birthday, messaging) and offline streams (in the event of internet failure) are included on request. Streampal 4U offers 10 different streams, enter and save URL and access data, select stream, no hardware required.

What does Streampal cost?
Streampal 4U special offer price 29 euros per month for a term of one year or more. Streampal Premium Streams cost from 79 euros per stream per month for a term of one year or more, depending on the effort involved, the number of streams and, above all, the number of locations to be supplied. The hardware costs from 250 euros, depending on the effort involved.

How long does a contract run for?
The minimum term is 1 year with 3 months' notice. A term of up to 3 years is possible.

What happens in the event of an internet outage?
As part of the premium streams, we offer the customer an offline stream free of charge, which is automatically activated and deactivated via the hardware if the Internet fails. This means that you will always have music until the Internet connection is active again. This stream runs for at least 10 hours and contains the same music as the premium stream. Streampal 4U does not provide an offline stream, can be provided by arrangement.

How long is a stream?
Premium streams are adapted to the current opening/usage times. Their duration is usually between 12 and 20 hours. Streampal 4U runs 24/7.

Can I integrate individual announcements?
Yes, but only as part of premium streams. On request, existing messages and/or spots can be integrated for an additional charge. We are also happy to produce the spots and/or messaging ourselves, highly professionally and in top quality. And the customer can choose from a large selection of voice-over artists. Production is handled by our partner studio On Air Factory.

Can't I leave Spotify etc. on?
The use of Spotify in public spaces, including restaurants, hotels, retail outlets, etc. is illegal and will be punished. Spotify is exclusively for private use. Spotify's own terms and conditions expressly state that the use of music via Spotify in public is illegal! Quote: "Spotify or Spotify's licensors are the sole owners of all rights to the Spotify services and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Spotify Services and a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes (collectively, 'access')".

Why no radio or CDs?
The streams guarantee that the music you want is playing, for you, for your staff and above all for your customers and guests. No advertising, except for commercials to be integrated, no repetitions within 24 hours, a new playlist every day with the music you want. No pauses, perfect transitions, everything is automated, the music simply plays without you having to do anything yourself. The right music motivates you and makes you feel good.
